1. Domestic Shipping (within Pakistan)

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Free Shipping & Minimum Order Threshold

We offer free delivery on orders over Rs. 5,000 within Pakistan. SHARY STORE+1

3. International Shipping

If we ship internationally:

• Delivery time varies by destination and customs clearance

• Customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees

• We are not liable for delays caused by customs or local postal systems

4. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, or flat rate

• You’ll see shipping cost before you confirm your order

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number and link so you can monitor delivery status.

6. Delays & Exceptions

• During peak periods or unforeseen events (e.g. natural disasters, public holidays), delivery may be delayed

• If there is a delay on our side, we will inform you as soon as possible

• In case of lost or severely delayed parcels, contact us immediately

7. Risk & Title

Once the parcel leaves our facility and is handed to the courier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

8. Incorrect Address & Reshipment

• If you provide an incorrect address, additional charges may apply for redelivery

• We are not responsible for lost parcels due to customer’s incorrect address

9. Returns Related to Shipping

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within [X days] of receiving it
