1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren’t, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

  • You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unworn or unused

    • In the same condition as you received it

    • With tags still attached

    • In its original packaging

  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase when making the return request.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at sharystore.pk@gmail.com to request a return and provide your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Do not send your item back until you have received authorization and the return address from us. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order right away. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you have doubts about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing or requesting a return.

7. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Instead:

  1. Return the original item (once approved)

  2. When the refund is processed, place a new order for the desired item

8. EU / Consumer Rights (if applicable)

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your item within 14 days for any reason (the “cooling-off” period). The returned item must still meet the same eligibility criteria (unworn, original packaging, receipt, etc.).

9. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received the refund, contact us at sharystore.pk@gmail.com.
